Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations, ensuring that data is meticulously maintained and readily accessible for the team's use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input various data types into our database and management systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of files and records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and distribute reports as requested by management.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and respect the privacy of clients and team members.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or data management are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles is preferred.
• Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with architectural or design-related terminology can be beneficial, but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

This position offers an hourly salary in the range of $18.50 - $22.50 .
